It has been a very wet summer. I love how hot it gets during the day and then the stormy weather rolls in either late afternoon or in the evening to cool things off. I have missed thunderstorms!
We noticed it was raining so hard that we had sheets of water coming off our front porch. I didn’t have enough time to put the right lens on or to grab the tripod to truly capture the motion of the water using a low shutter speed. By the time I got everything set, the rain had slowed a little and the porch didn’t look like a wall of water. I do like how you can see the sideways rain.
